Vendor Setup & Rules:

·        
Setup is 7:30 am. – 9:30 am. June 28
& July 5.  Vendors have the option of
setting up the night before.

·        
Tear down is 5 pm. Each vendor is
asked to keep their stand up until the end of market.

·        
Vehicles may be parked for purposes
of unloading and then are to be moved to the event parking lot.

·        
Booth spaces will be assigned by
Ellsworth Lavender Farm. 

·        
Tents must be anchored and secured.

·        
Each vendor is responsible for
disposal of any refuse generated.  Garbage receptacles are available at
the Farm as well as recycling bins and recycling is strongly encouraged.

·        
No refunds for cancellations,
however, credit towards a future reservation will be applied.  The Market Manager reserves the right to
grant exceptions.

·        
Items to be sold are as approved in
the application. No other items are to be sold at your booth without prior
written consent by the Market Manager.  We reserve the
right to have you remove items that are not listed and/or not allowed to be
sold.

·        
Participation in Ellsworth Lavender
Farm’s Events implies permission to use photos, videos, etc. in promotional
materials, advertising and social media.

·        
There
is Wi-Fi at the Farm, and the log in will be provided the morning of the event.

·        
Outside
food and drink is permitted if it is kept within your vendor spot.

·        
Crafters/vendors are expected to always
display professional and respectful behavior. If professional conduct is not
maintained, you will be removed from this event without refund.

·        
There
is NO Smoking inside the Venue.

 

Artists
Release of Liability Agreement

Ellsworth Lavender Farm and Paul M
Hendricks Family Trust are not responsible for thefts, loss or any personal
injury to any participant or helper. 
Vendor shall indemnify and hold William & Sara Hendricks, Ellsworth
Lavender Farm, and the Property (Paul M Hendricks Family Trust) free and harmless
from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and
liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from the death or
injury of any person or persons, or from the damage or destruction of any
property or properties, arising out of, caused by or in connection with the
Ellsworth Lavender Farm event by vendor, its agents, subcontractors, laborers
and/or employees unless caused in part by any act or omission of Ellsworth
Lavender Farm or the property. If Ellsworth Lavender Farm or Paul M Hendricks
Family Trust is named as or joined as a party to any litigation instituted by
or against vendor (other than an action by Vendor against Ellsworth Lavender
Farm or the property owner), Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless Ellsworth
Lavender Farm the property owner from and against any and all expenses, claims,
damages, liabilities, losses and/or costs (including reasonable attorneys’
fees) incurred by Ellsworth Lavender Farm or the property owner  in connection therewith unless such damages
are determined to be the result of Ellsworth Lavender Farm’s, or the properties
acts or omissions.
